Shipping, Returns & Warranty
Shipping: All orders ship within 2-3 business days via insured courier. Free shipping on orders over $100 AUD.
Returns: We offer a 30-day return policy on unworn items in original packaging. Return shipping is free for defective items.
Warranty: All rings come with a 2-year warranty covering manufacturing defects. Damage from normal wear is not covered.

What materials are your rings made from?
All ELRA Co. rings are crafted from 925 sterling silver with an 18k gold plating finish where applicable. We use premium moissanite and high-grade cubic zirconia stones, selected for their brilliance and durability.

Moissanite is a lab-created gemstone known for its exceptional brilliance — it actually sparkles more than a diamond. It's an ethical, sustainable, and affordable alternative to mined stones without compromising on beauty.
